People ask me all the time: How does kinesiology work? And does it really work? *skeptical eyebrow raise*
Ok, so picture your body as an interactive transit system between your core sources of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health…
When the pathways are clear, there’s a natural flow of energy that gets you where you want to go with confidence and ease. You make good time…arrive at your destination in a calm state of mind…and feel focused on your next step. That’s how we all want to feel.
But if you run into traffic jams – old habits and inner voices that keep you small and stuck – everything slows down and backs up. You start to stress about not reaching your stop on time and question the route you took. You’re in such a rush to get somewhere, you start to feel like your energy is going everywhere. Make sense?
So as a kinesiologist and intuitive, I read the map of your energetic transit system and help you identify the unique beliefs, habits or histories that are obstructing your flow. By clearing them, this naturally enhances your potential for health, wealth, and happiness.

Take it from Einstein. Energy is not some woo-woo concept or mystical power. It’s a real, certifiable science. In Kinesiology, we use the art of muscle testing to communicate with the body, spirit and subconscious mind to figure out what’s going on, where there may be imbalances and blockages, and what you need in order to move forwards.
The fancy definition of Kinesiology:
“Kinesiology encompasses holistic health disciplines which use the gentle art of muscle monitoring to access information about a person’s well being. Originating in the 1970’s, it combines Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Kinesiology identifies the elements which inhibit the body’s natural internal energies and accessing the life enhancing potential within the individual.”
My intention within a session-
The intention I hold for you within a session is to shift your inner frequency to match that of your goals and dreams. When we work together, I use my greatest gift (x-ray vision) to see the fullest version of you. I can see your creative potential in motion and your next steps in regard to it. Within a session you also are tapped into this expanded vision of yourself – your purpose, potential, and most importantly your intuition are loud and clear.
How does Kinesiology via Skype work?
Now, I can vouch, hand on my heart that a kinesiology session via Skype is just as effective as in-person, + the bonus of Skype is the comfort of your own home!
I know you might be thinking “How on earth does this work?”
As Quantum Physics confirms – everything is energy. So, if everything is energy – there are no limits and we are all connected. I tune into your energy systems by muscle testing my own body and energy on your behalf. I accurately pin point what you are needing to bring things back into balance and walk you through how!
For instance, if an acupuncture point shows up, I will hold this point on my own body too, if an essence shows up, I will take this essence on your behalf, or if an affirmation shows I’ll repeat it with you and because I’m surrogating your energy the shifts still occur as they need to.
There’s something really empowering about working together this way. You are already a powerful healer and I am simply your detective and guide.

Many of my clients tell me how clear they feel after a session and often feel the energetic shifts and sensations in their body as we work together. Kinesiology sessions over Skype are amazing, and both my clients and I love them. Working together in this way (surprisingly) feels very personal and intimate, the same it would in-person.
How many sessions will I need?
How long is a piece of string? It all depends on the individual. Since 2010 I’ve had the pleasure to facilitate three thousand sessions – each client needing a different number of sessions.
If you find yourself in the thick of obstacles and bigger challenges I suggest fortnightly sessions to support you in breaking up stress and getting back on track. Most of my clients start out this way and now see me (via Skype) either monthly for a tune up or even every six months or so. In the early stages of seeing a Kinesiologist, it’s great to commit and support yourself to create some big and transformative changes, it’s great when you feel comfortable with a Kinesiologist and you’ve already established a connection, that way you come back for tune up session when you feel the need. I sometimes see clients who are already intuitive and aware, and often they only need one or two Kinesiology sessions to reach their desired goal.
If you’re dealing with high levels of stress and deeper struggles in your life and wanting to create change in your life, obviously you need to work with someone over time. I have two beautiful packages to choose from, both of which are created to really support and allow a deeper journey of healing to occur.
What do I need to know about my first session?
In your first session, you will fill out an intake form that will help me get to know you better and fill me in on what has been going on for you.
Our sessions will be held via Skype, or if you’re old school (and in Australia) by phone. I ‘surrogate’ your energy, and test my body… for you. Check your Skype in advance and have a glass of water available, I’ll send you a message a few minutes before we begin to ensure you’re ready to go.
Allow yourself 10 -15 minutes before your session begins to get settled – light a candle or set an intention. You might like to have some notes in front of you and talk me through what you want to focus on. I do encourage you to prepare, or reflect on what you’d like to work on beforehand so you can get the most out of your session.
Don’t be tempted to check social media, have your phone turned to silent and really give yourself that space to be open and comfortable.
It’s completely normal to feel a little anticipation before your session, especially if it’s your first time. I myself, still get excited butterflies before I see my kinesiologist. It’s absolutely perfect, it’s your body’s way of preparing for transformation, allow yourself to be present and open to our journey together.
