At the start of each month, using Kinesiology I will tune in (distantly) and identify your major energy themes, your Souls unique focus for the month ahead, what’s likely to be at play subconsciously, and how to stay devoted to your own wisdom.
You will receive an audio recording where I walk you through a personalised process to break up congestion in your energy bodies, identify powerful key acupressure points and suggested supports—specific to you.
Heres what you’ll receive each month:
10-15 minute Kinesiology with an audio recording summarising your session.
Mantras. Sacred tracks for subconscious cleansing, on Spotify and YouTube.
Printable cue cards of featured prayers, practices, or power words.
Flower Essence or Essential Oil recommendation for cellular support.
A specific Acupuncture Point to focus on and why it’s important to you!
Love notes texted to you through out the month to unlock presence and priority.
