Healing without gentleness is like trying to untangle a knot by pulling at it harshly - it only tightens, making the process more frustrating and drawn out.

You’ll make more stride and progress by being gentle with yourself (and others) than you ever will by being critical, staunch or trying to tough it out.

If we travel too quickly over unsteady ground the Soul will gently (or not so gently) show up and create circumstances that asks us revisit everything left unacknowledged.

Gentleness offers space for everything to be AS IS. It holds the story, the mind, the heart with compassion. From this place the knots unravel, clarity emerges and action flows naturally. Lessons don’t just pass through, they take root and we integrate them not just with the mind but with our entire ❤️being.
