How do our sessions break down?
Session 1 (Bring Your Dreams into Focus): When the picture of what you want is blurry, it’s hard to paint the reality you desire. We’ll soothe your Heart meridian, set clear intentions and goals, and align your energy with your desires. You’ll receive practical tools to take home, so you can spark a slow burn in your creative furnace that fires up your results.
Session 2 (Eliminate Your Obstacles): Time for a deep cleanse, so you can rinse away what’s holding you back. We’ll uproot the stagnant energy from your life, plant the seeds of energetic expansion, and free up room for personal growth. You’ll also learn my favourite spiritual tools for self-healing, so you always have what you need to feel the way you want.
Session 3 (Inspired Action): Desire in motion is action, so we’ll fuel your Gallbladder meridian to activate your motivation and decide your direction. Together, we’ll create an actionable plan to implement in your daily life, so you can begin to take clear and confident steps towards your goals.
Session 4 (Tune Into Your Intuition): When manifesting your desires, the universe meets you halfway by matching your vibration and rewarding you with a gift - often an insight, invitation, or idea. When you start trusting your intuition, your heart will see the opportunities you’d ordinarily overlook. We’ll balance your Kidney meridian and turn the volume up on your intuition, so you can hear your inner wisdom above the chatter of your fears and anxieties.
Session 5 (Surrender): When we push and overextend ourselves to reach our goals, we can clog our flow. We’ll dissolve tension in your Large Intestine meridian, so you can have patience and trust as your desired life unfolds.
